As Melissa Walter's artist residency comes to an end at Bread & Salt, she welcomes you into her studio to reveal the works she created during her time there. She has also invited astrophysicist, Dr. Karin Sandstrom from UCSD, to give a brief talk about dark matter and gravitational lensing. Those are the topics of her installation piece, as well as topics that influenced other works she made during her time at Bread & Salt.
